RETURNS

We have a 2-3 days’ return policy, which means you have 2-3 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need t he receipt or proof of purchase. You may initiate return of Products within the timelines and as per the terms stipulated under Annexure A (refer to the table provided at the end of this Policy) of this Policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, it means the product which you buy in sale cannot be return.

REFUNDS

Please be informed that when you opt to return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy will be processed within a period of 2-3 (48-72 Hours) business day from the date of us verifying the defect or the non- compliance in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by MVFRL are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or in your wallet associated with the Mithlamart.com or sometime it may be changed. (“Wallet”) eligible for a Wallet refund, as may be chosen by you. You acknowledge that after the initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.

Please be informed that for Products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery ‘, as a payment option, you will receive refunds in your bank account (as per the bank account details provided by you to us) in case the Product is purchased from a third-party seller made available. However, if the Sale was consummated by MVFRL, you will receive your refund in your Wallet. We do not make any cash refunds.

The amount claimed as a refund will be refunded to you within 15(fifteen) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of the Product by MithlaMart.com or the seller. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from the ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, by calling our customer care number, or by any other method, as may be intimated by MithlaMart.com to you from time to time. Upon receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24-72 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
